Shipping Fees

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 7 days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders placed outside of 9:00 - 16:00 opening hours will be considered as received the next business day.

Orders can be picked up Monday to Friday, from 9:00 - 16:00. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please have your order number ready.

Customs & Duties: Orders shipped to the US are subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not ship to P.O boxes

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the shipping box was damaged and the item was damaged, you will need to provide a photo of the damaged box.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sealed goods (such as paint, clay, markers), and oversized items.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

RETURNS

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@nobelarts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
