WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
It will take 1-3 business days to process your order, after which we will ship it out. Depending on where you live, orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive, or as soon as 2 days!
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation when the order is processed. You will then receive a separate e-mail with a tracking number that you will be able to use to track the package on the Shop App or on the courier's website.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Returns are free for orders over $150, otherwise a 5% restocking fee will apply.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We do not accept exchanges.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
It may take up to 5 business days to process a return, after which we will send you a shipping label. Once we receive the package, we will issue you a refund to your original form of payment. Refund time will vary depending on the financial institution.

We will be adding bulk sale discounts to our website in the future. For the moment, if you are a school, reseller, or gallery owner, feel free to reach out to us at sales@nobelarts.com and we can create a wholesale account for you!

What is the Nobel Atelier Patron Membership?
It’s a paid, annual subscription for artists who want more from their craft. You get exclusive perks like stackable discounts, lower shipping thresholds, early access to new products, and member-only deals, all while joining a community of creators who live for their art.
Who can join?
Any artist - beginner or pro - can sign up. It’s built to get you the supplies you need with discounts, lower free shipping thresholds, and access to a creative community.
What do I get as a Patron?

- Free shipping on orders over $75 (Canadian addresses only; international orders may not qualify)

How does the 10% discount work?
Your 10% off applies to every purchase, stacks with most promotions, and is automatically applied at checkout. No codes, no hassle.
What’s the deal with the 20% off first purchase?
New Patrons get 20% off their first order after signing up. It’s a one-time thank-you for joining. You can find this one-time-code in your account section.
What’s the free shipping threshold?
Orders over $75 ship free to Canadian addresses. Outside Canada, standard shipping rates apply, but we’re working on more perks that apply outside Canada as well.
How do I sign up?

Can I cancel?
Yes. Opt out of auto-renewal anytime before your renewal date via your account or by contacting Nobel Arts support. Cancellation stops future charges but doesn’t refund the current year.
