Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 7 days to let you know your order is on the way!
We may need to contact you regarding your order before we ship, so to avoid any further delays, please make sure to keep an eye out for an e-mail from us.
Orders placed outside of 9:00 - 16:00 opening hours will be considered as received the next business day. We are closed on weekends.
Orders can be picked up Monday to Friday, from 9:00 - 16:00. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please have your order number ready.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Orders shipped to the US are subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the shipping box was damaged and the item was damaged, you will need to provide a photo of the damaged box.
EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sealed goods (such as paint, clay, markers), and oversized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
RETURNS
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition - we will refund the full item/order amount minus the live shipping costs and processing & restocking fee of 10% for the return based on the reason for the request.
CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations may incur a processing & restocking fee of 10% based on the reason of cancellation. NOTE: This only applies if the order is already prepared and/or shipped.
DAMAGED GOODS
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@nobelarts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
FAILED OR MISSED DELIVERY
After a second failed delivery attempt, the carrier will return the package to us at our cost. The client can confirm a second delivery location, and the regular flat shipping rate will be charged for subsequent delivery.
FAILED IN-STORE PICKUP
Any failed pickup after 10 business days of an order being placed will be treated as a return which will be subject to a potential restocking fee of 10%. (some exceptions apply)

CLEARANCE ITEMS & IMPERFECT PRODUCTS
Clearance items are deeply discounted, ranging from 40% to 80% off. Because of this, all items with discounts 40% or above and marked "Final Sale" in the clearance section are non-refundable.
For clearance items sold due to imperfections, any flaws will be clearly listed in the product description. By purchasing these items, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these conditions.
