What is Nobel Atelier - and who is it for? +
Nobel Atelier is our loyalty rewards program, built for anyone who creates - from students picking up their first sketchbook to working artists stocking their studio, and everyone in between. If you shop at Nobel, Atelier is for you.
The concept is simple: the more you engage with Nobel through purchases, reviews, and community actions, the more EXP points you earn. These points can be redeemed for high-value products from our catalog as free gifts, based on your tier. As your spending increases over time, your tier rises, unlocking better rewards.

How do I earn EXP points? +
You earn EXP through a mix of actions:
- Purchases (primary source)

- Leaving product reviews
- Progressing through tiers to unlock higher earn rates

How do I redeem my EXP points? +
Log into your account and head to your Atelier rewards page. From there, you can browse the products available at your tier and select what you'd like to redeem.
Once you redeem your EXP points for selected item(s), a one-time code is generated. Apply this code at checkout to receive the item(s) for free. Your selected item will ship with your order.

Do my EXP points expire? +
No. Your EXP points do not expire. There is no reset, no inactivity cutoff, and no deadlines. The points you earn today remain valid years from now.
When does my tier reset? +
Your tier is based on a rolling 12-month spend window starting from your first purchase.
While you're active: Your tier increases automatically as you cross spending thresholds.
Into your next year: Your highest tier carries forward.
If inactive: Tier recalibrates based on new spend.
Virtuoso is lifetime-based and never resets.

How can I make my money back with Patron ($30/year)? +
Patron is designed to pay for itself quickly.
On a $100 order:
