How It Works

Each day, commit to one simple art activity—no pressure, no judgment, just exploration.

Day 1: The 5-Minute Doodle – Set a timer and fill a page with free-flowing doodles. Let your hand move without thinking.

Day 2: Color Meditation – Use colors that match your current emotions. Notice how different shades affect your mood.

Day 3: Texture Exploration – Experiment with different materials (pencil, charcoal, watercolor) and focus on how they feel.

Day 4: Mindful Lines – Slowly draw continuous lines without lifting the pen. Pay attention to every movement.

Day 5: Abstract Emotions – Express how you feel through abstract shapes and forms.

Day 6: Nature Sketching – Observe and sketch something from nature—a leaf, a flower, or the sky.

Day 7: Free Expression – Let go of structure. Paint, draw, or sculpt whatever comes to mind.
